Pilavas Distillery SA is one of the oldest traditional Greek Distilleries. Since 1940, for four generations, Pilavas Company distils Ouzo, Tsipouro and a wide range of liqueurs.
The recipe has remained unchanged for 80 years: finest ingredients, double distillation and a lot of patience. Ouzo has been always and still is the core Pilavas spirit and one of the most well-known Ouzo brands worldwide. Recently, Pilavas Distillery SA was awarded at the Diamonds of the Greek Economy award, as one of the healthiest developing companies in the country. Creating truly strong bonds with its clients which are considered a part of the Pilavas family, the Company has achieved a significant export development, with approximately 70% of the production being exported, through a wide range of multi-awarded products in the most prestigious international spirits competitions.
